I hope you will enjoy my shabby style in decorating our home and garden!!!
Our house was built in 1947 by my grandfather. He built the house room by room as he got the money. I love this old house and it means so much to me. My dad was very young at the time and he said that he had to help sand the hardwood floors. He can still remember doing it. As any old house goes there are always lots of things that need to be done and updated. We have been working on doing that for the past 10. We have added a new roof and windows and lots of work on the inside and yard. I created this blog to share my love of decorating, painting and gardening. I hope that you will enjoy looking at it. I have started with pictures of the yard.

THIS IS OUR HOUSE
This is our house, notice all the pine trees, they are nice for the shade but they make a really big mess. Lots of raking for us.
This house is so delightful to see! It looks cozy and, most especially, the environment is inviting. What's more interesting about it, your grandfather has its story built on it.
My name is Bonnie and I have a wonderful husband, 3 precious boys (sometimes)LOL, and 2 precious grandsons.
I have been making, collecting and enjoying the miniature life for over 25 years. I have been sculpting dolls for about 14 years and that is my true love. As you will see, I make mostly little girl dolls. I always wanted a little girl and never got one so I create her thru my dolls.
I also love to decorate my home, work in the yard and paint.
Look forward to meeting everyone!!!
I sell my dolls on ebay...users name...mini_dolls... and I also take special orders.
Bonnie..your house is adorable!! I'm jealous :)
ReplyDeleteI have told you before. I love your house. I hope to visit someday. Hugs~ Kim
